Qualification, Innovation, Cooperation and Keybusiness for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Baltic Sea Region - BSR QUICK

2009-2011 - the Baltic Sea Region programme

Project title: “Qualification, Innovation, Cooperation and Keybusiness for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Baltic Sea Region - BSR QUICK”

Project partners: 51 partners with Hanse Parlament (Germany) as Leading Partner

Project budget for Byelorussian partner: EUR 60.000

Project planned outcome:

- establishment of the permanent network of the BSR universities dealing with innovation and R&D, the Baltic Sea Academy;

- continuous cooperation between the network of the SME promoters (chambers and associations) of the BSR, the university network and the decision makers and public administrations in the field of innovation support in SMEs: joint identification of innovation clusters, mapping of competence centres in the BSR, development of cluster strategies;

- qualification upgrade of entrepreneurs, SME employees and potential employees by developing and implementing 3 new and transfer of 5 existing advanced training courses;

- improvement of services provided by the SME promoters by establishing web based networking platforms, ICT tools, developing methodological and practical guides.

The English for Specific Purposes Training took place in BrSTU on May, 12th-13th, 2016.

The Training was held under the Erasmus+ Project “Library Network Support Services (LNSS): modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming library services”.

DAAD invites applications for a summer school in Essen

The summer school, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)  will start with visits to European Institutions in  Strasburg, followed by llectures and presentations in Essen and last from 22.08. - 31.08.2016.

Application deadline: 05.02.2016.

Working language is English.

Chinese Students Explore Belarusian History

On the 2 June, 2014 a group of Chinese students with their supervisor had a nice trip. We visited castles of Mir and Nesvizh. The trip was exciting and full of positive emotions. We enjoyed the beauty of Belarusian nature and the old architecture.
