How to get to Brest: The best option is to fly to Minsk and take the train to Brest ($10-30US) that runs every 2-3 hours and takes about 4-5 hours. 

Local public transport: Regular bus, trolley bus and private minivan taxi ("marshrutka") services available from 5:50a.m. to 11.30p.m.

Locals: Tolerant and well-wishing people, friendly atmosphere, low crime-rate



The English for Specific Purposes Training took place in BrSTU on May, 12th-13th, 2016.

The Training was held under the Erasmus+ Project “Library Network Support Services (LNSS): modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming library services”.

DAAD invites applications for a summer school in Essen

The summer school, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)  will start with visits to European Institutions in  Strasburg, followed by llectures and presentations in Essen and last from 22.08. - 31.08.2016.
