Christmas Market

In Decembers of 2011-2012 German Christmas Market with the participation of the facultative German learners and the German language teachers of the Department of foreign languages was opened at the BrSTU.

            The week before students had made advertising, preparations and everything possible to make the Gallery shine. Students were responsible not only for the Gallery scenery, but also for the design of numerous places where visitors could buy decorations for the Christmas tree, candles, cards, hand made ​​cakes and even German mulled wine “Glühwein”. Special attribute of the Christmas Market of 2012 was a lottery where you could win prizes of Goethe-Institut in Minsk, such as books, CDs or T-shirts. Also there was the Father Frost with the Snow Maiden, who helped to create the Christmas mood.

            Holding of the Christmas Market should definitely be a must next year!


2nd International Conference on Current Research Problems of Materials, Structures, Technologies and Organization of Civil Engineering in Cross-Border Approach will be held in BrSTU

• Notification of Full Paper Acceptance: August 10, 2018
• Opening of a Conference: October 18, 2018

The English for Specific Purposes Training took place in BrSTU on May, 12th-13th, 2016.

The Training was held under the Erasmus+ Project “Library Network Support Services (LNSS): modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming library services”.

DAAD invites applications for a summer school in Essen

The summer school, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)  will start with visits to European Institutions in  Strasburg, followed by llectures and presentations in Essen and last from 22.08. - 31.08.2016.

Application deadline: 05.02.2016.

Working language is English.
